"Deep clean the place"

It is safe,the staff were friendly.

The place needs some deep cleaning,the ceiling was mouldy,the ablution facility needs some deep cleaning.

The place was neat, staff was friendly

Whenever I wanted to go out, I had to call for the front gate to be opened.. the towels were not clean and there were no toiletries as I was expecting
