USMy room had an electric heater, which was a very pleasant surprise. The building was open and no one was there when I arrived. The gentleman in charge did come around in the early evening to check on guests.

GBClean, working toilet, sink and shower. Beds had plenty of blankets. Also a terrace where you could see the beautiful surroundings. The property was clean.
Very cold, and no hot water. Building was left open, and not very secure.
MAHygen, no shower, no toilet, the whole building is just a mess, expensive and no food no nothing basically.
MAMy stay at Riad Borj Toubkal was amazing! The view is stunning, with beautiful mountains all around — so calm and relaxing. The place is very clean and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway. The owner, Said, was super kind, helpful, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

MAThe house is beautiful and peaceful. It was a joy staying there Communication with said the owner was excellent He was incredibly helpful kind and,always checking in to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. Highly recommended

The only positive aspect of this stay was the view of the river. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and the sanitary facilities were in very poor condition — no toilet paper, no towels, and visible signs of dampness on the walls accompanied by a bad smell. Renovation work was ongoing during our stay, and the manager didn’t even bother to inform us beforehand, despite the fact that we had called prior to arrival. The terrace was not equipped as shown in the photos on Booking.com. To make matters worse, the manager was never on-site, and there was no one available to assist us. The room didn’t have a lock, which meant we had to leave our belongings unsecured whenever we went out. The lighting was also extremely poor. Imlil is a beautiful place, but this terrible accommodation completely ruined our stay.
