Communication with the host was very easy and he responded very quickly. Very nice apartment that had everything we needed!

Heating and aircon did not work.

I rarely give the highest rating, but this time I just had to. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotless clean, the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, making coffee (there are different cafetieras, a kettle and the filter coffee appliance), beds were very comfortable, and all the pillows are made of memory foam. There was a heating system, AC in every room, bathroom was very nice and cosy, towels were big and compact, just perfect. The apartment offers lots of details that come in handy in everyday life: a sewing kit, first aid kit, umbrellas, cleaners, etc. It is located on the first floor, no elevator (maybe 10 steps). Location is perfect: located in a small street, away from all the noise (window insulation is perfect: when you close them, you can't hear a thing from the outside), but still very close to the Via Roma street (where you have Lidl, just 5 mins by foot), the square Quattro Canti, and the railway station. Special thanks to Davide who welcomed me, gave me the keys, and showed me the apartment. Davide is very kind and responsive, he will help you with any issue or questions you might have.

There is some space for improvement: the apartment is huge, but still there is no living room, just a very small sofa in the kitchen with a tiny TV. The kitchen can be easily transformed into a cosy living room with a dining part, if the owner would rearange the furniture and invest into a larger sofa and a smaller, maybe round dining table.

The apartment is very nice - cosy, clean, and fully equipped! In the kitchen there's anything you need for cooking. It is situated just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. Very good value for money!

The only thing we didn't like was the neighbourhood - although it's in the centre and very close to the main tourist walking area, the neighbourhood is a little bit shady. But still we didn't have any problems, so basically it must be safe.

The apartment is spacious, super clean, very comfortable and quiet in the evenings. The hosts are welcoming and easy to contact to organize arrival and answer any questions. The kitchen is well-equipped with all dishware, cutlery and many cooking appliances. Coffee, tea and base cooking ingredients are also provided. The location is near the bus and train station for easy day trips and the Ballaro market is a stroll away. We walked to all main city sites too. Look forward to coming back for another stay :)

Everything was great

Excellent flat in central old post of the town! Spacious, cozy, quiet, and even a washing machine, all need fulfilled!

VERY WELL LOCATED, NEAR THE TRAIN STATION AND WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY OF THE ATTRACTIONS. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

THE MATTRESSES WERE VERY HARD
