Room size and Availability was ok. Also the owner was polite and reachable

The rooms were not clean Basic amenities were not available in the room like tea bags, tissue papers, toilet papers towels etc Bedsheets were not clean Pillow covers were not clean The blanket was too rough n hard, the mattresses were not at all comfortable. Finding the resort is not easy if it's not marked on the map. Food is also not available as per the requirement, have fixed timings and lack of options.

It's my second time staying at this place. Can't rate it highly enough. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Private parking. Quiet and set back from any traffic noise. Me and a friend came here for birding and it's ideally located so you can just walk out your door and be instantly among the nature. Owner and caretaker are highly attentive and hospitable. Will definitely be back again soon!!!

Wonderful place, peaceful and quiet area, short drive to surrounding lakes. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, good geyser. The caretaker and the manager are a great team, very friendly people. Good food is provided on site for a reasonable price. The place felt like a mini resort and we'd be happy to visit it again.
