Casetta graziosa ed accogliente, carino il fatto che fosse presente un piccolo regalo per l’ospite.

Casa un pò scomoda, per chi come me è abbastanza alto, dato i piccoli spazi per muoversi. La posizione un pochetto fastidiosa, soprattutto per chi viaggia in macchina e vorrebbe trovare parcheggio, però data la zona è veramente difficile trovare di meglio

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei. Sie ist sehr entgegenkommend. Auf unserer Anfrage hin hat sie das Check Out von 9.00 auf 10.00 verschoben.

Dem Balkon gegenüber ist eine Wand. Zum Glück waren die Fenster fast immer zu. Aussicht auf Meer ist extrem wenig und nur auf den militärischen Hafen. Auf die Berge sieht man mehr. Der Türrahmen des Badezimmer-Eingangs ist sehr niedrig, man schlägt leicht den Kopf an. Dasselbe passiert leicht an das Schrägdach im Badezimmer.

Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant, she provided all the details on how to find the apartments and how to check in. The flat has 2 rooms and everything you need. The view from the balcony is very atmospheric despite being surrounded by nearby buildings. You can always find spot for parking near the house.

Door to the bathroom is not really a door but having such property size doesn't allow you to improvise a lot and put anything more impressive.

Casa in posizione fantastica,in quanto lontana dal caos cittadino. La città di la Spezia è raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti di macchina. Ho trovato l'appartamento molto molto pulito e sistemato. L'host è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Mi sono sentita veramente come a casa.

The best thing about the appartement was the communication with Emanuela. She sent us some videos how to reach the location, where to park and also informations about restaurants and Cinque Terre. The appartement was clean and fully equipped with literally everything you can think of. BONUS: she even left a small present for the child. Thank you

Parfaitement placé pour visiter les Cinque Terre ! Nous avons eu des petits cadeaux et le plus important, le contact avec la personne : nous avons eu énormément d’informations pour arriver au logement et faire les choses bien, c’était super, merci

Le manque de pression dans les tuyaux d’eau n’est pas très pratique et le parking n’est pas vraiment un parking mais aucun soucis ni dégât sur la voiture donc ça a fais l’affaire mais j’avoue que ça peut faire un peu peur

Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per cucina e bagno. Confortevole e silenzioso. A pochi minuti in auto da Portovenere e La Spezia. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e premurosa.

Rispetto alle foto l’appartamento è un po’ più piccolo.

Comunication with the host was fast and smooth ; we only had to translate a couple texts from italian, not an issue. Nice welcoming gifts, clean and organized place with everything that you need for your stay. Location is nice and quiet, easy access with bus or car, at the bottom of the stairs. Most likely we will be back, had a great stay !

The exit from the bathroom can be a problem if you are not careful ; you can hit your head easily, similar with the ventilation stove. There are small inconveniences though, nothing to be negative about.

The host was very warm and responsive. The place is cozy, fully equipped, and offers a beautiful view.
