Microwave and electric iron were not usable - because of a socket and plug differential. Only one bathroom.

The accommodation is good. Beds are comfortable and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Pleasant was the self checkin for independent arrival. The accommodation is well located as a starting point for city trips in the area.

However, a few things should be considered: in autumn it was unfortunately very damp in the house. Unfortunately, due to Italian laws, the houses may not yet be heated. This made it uncomfortable to be in the house. In the bedrooms there are air conditioners, which can also heat but in the other rooms unfortunately not. We had difficulty getting our towels dry. The bathroom lacks storage space when there are four of you living in the house. The accommodation is very remote on a mountain, approach very steep with many switchbacks. The parking lot is unsuitable for larger vehicles, as the access road is too narrow. In the village itself there are a few restaurants but they were almost always closed at this time of year. On Mondays nothing was open at all. So it must actually always be the way down the mountain to the next larger cities started, if you do not provide food for yourselves in the accommodation. The living/dining room is also not so inviting as to want to spend time there. However, the kitchen equipment is okay. The biggest drawback, however, is the direct location on a, contrary to expectation, very busy road. Both bedrooms face the street. So that sleeping with the window open was absolutely impossible. With the windows closed it was ok. Unfortunately, the location on the street also spoils the possibilities to spend time and sit outside. The view was into the greenery and not into the beautiful valley. For all these points no one can do anything but you should know it if you want to spend your vacation there.

The host was polite and we could do self check in. The sheets and towels were white and clean. We received 2 cribs for the babies.

There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes( even lizards in the shower) and i'm not talking about outside. Every night before bedtime we had to spend one hour to "hunt" bugs and mosquitoes. To open the windows was out of discussion because the frame of the window was full of them. The doors from the house were very annoying and loud. We tried to be as gentle as posible, but it was impossible to open the door and to not wakeup the babies. The house was a duplex and on the other half were some workers, we could hear them all the time. Inside or outside there is no signal on the phone, only the wifi from the house. In one night we had the "luck", that a rally circuit was organized over the night and the only road that was available was blocked. To reach out our place google didn't know how to reroute us, the only road that we found on the map was with 200 km extras. We asked locals for guidance, but no one was speaking English... in thr end we found a young man that he showed us a route through the forests on some narrow roads without pavement and full of holes, luckily we rented bigger cars. In the end we reached the house after midnight( not the best scenario with 2 children of 6months and 1and half years). Would be nice to receive a warning from the host! On the day that we had to leave we had the surprise to see the lady that was in charge with the cleaning coming to the house at 10 am. It's true that i haven't told the hour we will leave, but 10 am was a little to early. We put everything into the cars and left. It looked nice in the pictures, but the reality is different.

The location was beautiful and very secluded away from the city.
