SE- Tasty traditional Kerala breakfast but possibility to change to continental breakfast. - Quick response from hosts on messages. - Big room with fridge. - Complementary water. - Travel tips and support from the hosts. - Traditional washing place nearby. They delivered an excellent job. - All highlights of Fort Kochi on walking distance.
- Entrance hard to find the first time. Google maps points to the wrong street. Entrance is at the KB Jacob Rd. Maybe good to put up a sign. - Many mosquitos (but hosts are doing everything to keep them outside of the rooms).

INIf you are looking for Home stay in Fort Cochin, then I would definitely recommend Terance Dale. Dax and his family are an amazing host and you would be delighted by their hospitality ! Rooms are absolutely clean and even better than most of the hotel rooms. Really appreciate the special care they have shown towards our little one !
INWhat a great experience!! Their hospitality is far beyond the usual. We stayed with a bunch of friends on an impromptu plan and everyone was happy with the stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy and they could accommodate extra beds. The host gave us a tour of the entire property, all rooms are thoughtfully put up with personal touches and attention to detail is second to none. They were offering us local tips, sharing stories of the area, and even prepared a homemade breakfast which was a true treat.

GBFantastic host and family. Very knowledgeable. Diana is a great cook and provided India food for us. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, superbly clean. Everything worked. Some lovely goodies in our room and fridge. IwWe thoroughly recommend you stay with Dax and his family. Very quiet and peaceful
Make sure you ask for instructions on how to find Terance Dale before arrival. It is off the main road
ININI had to do an early check in due to the arrival of my flight and I informed them hoping that they would accommodate, which they gladly said they would and when I got there, Diana was sweet enough to stay awake and welcome me with a tray of sandwiches and fruits so that I won’t be hungry. They sure knew how to make you feel at home. It was a very warm experience!
