Immaculate, convenient. Even though it feels a bit in the middle of nowhere (kind of a residential/office park area that has popped up in the fields) there is a nice bar just a block away and a neighborly feeling.

This is a minor thing and perhaps something that is a part of Macedonian culture, but there was no top sheet, which was a bit strange to me.
