Klimatyzacja w dwóch sypialniach i w salonie. Bardzo dobra instrukcja do odbioru kluczy, zakwaterowanie bezproblemowo. Wystrój bardzo klimatyczny, stara willa z wyposażeniem retro. Ma to swój klimat. Duży taras z pięknym widokiem na zatokę kotorską. Blisko do plaży, sklepu i restauracji, praktycznie w centrum. Ale za to wejście pod górkę. Dla kogoś z problemem w chodzeniu nie polecam. Do willi należy wchodzić pod górkę i w willi trzeba wejść na pięterko po mało wygodnych schodach. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Na bookingu byla informacja o płatności w obiekcie 25 euro, a właściciel wziął 37,5 euro ( opłata klimatyczna za 5 dni). Problemy z parkingiem. Parking mały publiczny, trudno znaleźć miejsce. Wodę wyłączają w godzinach nocnych do 7 rano.

Great Location with view over the Bay Area. The Building itself is very nice, traditionally charming and you find cozy niches to sit and relax and the Pool is awesome. It’s only a short walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice hosts!

As it is an old building there is even more potential, but I wouldn’t say there is anything we didn’t like in general. It is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
