Siemreap Green Residence

Nice and clean accommodation with clean pool, what was very pleasant after the whole day walking. I would fully recommend it to others.

Breakfast was in different hotel, some 500 metres far, what is not an issue, just to let you know.. and there is also a possibility the breakfast to be delivered to this hotel..

There was a choice of simple breakfast at the hotel or a more varied option at a nearby sister hotel. All good.

Needed tuktuk to get to the center, but the good price balanced it out

Mr. Pisith, the manager is an excellent person who was very welcoming, helpful and attended to all our needs throughout the stay. Being a new property, they are still working on some details like serving breakfast which was sent to the room during our stay. Overall, the property is an excellent choice with clean, spacious rooms and good facilities.

The apartment was comfortable and it was a real treat to have a washing machine. The staff were lovely and helpful (not all had good English). The pool was nice enough.

Our room was only serviced on our last day (you had to request it but we still got missed). It’s a long way from everywhere. Breakfast is included but it’s served at their sister hotel 500m away. The floors needed a good clean. It was quite noisy with mopeds going up and down and also dogs howling throughout the night.

Finding a two-bedroom villa in Siem Reap can be challenging, but this was the best option we found, and it did not disappoint. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was a highlight—our kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast was another standout feature, offering a delicious variety of Cambodian and Western dishes, along with desserts, juices, and coffee. The extensive menu was impressive and satisfying. The villa was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a dining table and a washing machine, which was a lifesaver after a week of traveling. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice to have the option. The two bathrooms were also very convenient, allowing us to have our own master suite while the kids used their own space. While the location is peaceful and quiet, it is a bit far from town, and there’s nothing nearby. However, this was a minor inconvenience given the quality of the villa and amenities provided. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped villa in Siem Reap.

While the villa itself was comfortable, we encountered several issues that impacted our stay. The location is very remote, with no nearby restaurants or shops, and breakfast, although tasty, was served at a different hotel about an 8-minute walk away. The rural area also had stray dogs and trash on the streets, which was unpleasant. Additionally, we faced significant challenges when trying to get to the hotel. When we arrived in Siem Reap from Phnom Penh, the hotel was not listed on GRAB, so our taxi driver ended up taking us to the wrong address, even though we had copied the address from Booking.com. This caused a lot of frustration, as the address provided was not even close to the correct location. Eventually, the hotel communicated with the driver and directed us to the correct place, but the whole experience was disappointing. Another concern was the lack of privacy and security in the villa. The villa, located next to the reception, didn’t have blackout curtains in the main living areas, making it easy for people to look inside. Overall, while the villa was comfortable, these inconveniences and security issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

The warm hospitality of all the staff is outstanding. Mr. Pisith, the Operations Manager, and his team went above and beyond their professional duties to address any questions or issues, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to everyone.

There are not many dining options in the surrounding area.
