2nd time staying here. Clean and tidy room in a great location in the heart of Ladysbridge. Mike is always a great host ensuring we have everything we need. Couldn't ask for more.

in addition to the kettle, coffee and tea in the room, the owner also took care of dry biscuits, or something for the tea. it's very nice especially if you are tired from the road and don't want to go anywhere anymore. Overall, the atmosphere is very homely and pleasant.
