1. Service - (a) didn't get towel & toiletries after asking 3-4 times going on helpdesk physically twice (b) didn't got Tea & breakfast ( was going to pay at actual cost by menu) till we left the person who i ordered forgot 2. Intercom not working 3. Location felt bit secured while reaching there at night
