The facilities are good and the room was clean

They charged me to keep my luggage in luggage room. On the day prior my departure I asked if I could leave my bag until the afternoon and they said yes without mentioning it was not free. Very dishonest to not inform the guest straight away about any extra costs.

Es como hospedarte en un hotel, pero compartiendo habitación. Super moderno, amplio, el desayuno delicioso, te dan toalla, hay bastantes contactos, la habitación es amplia, tiene lockers con llave magnética. Mi habitación tenía una mesa con sillas y pude trabajar en mi computadora un rato. Las áreas comunes son bonitas y cómodas. Hay personal que habla español. A unos minutos a pie de la estación de trenes para tomar el tren que cuesta 1 euro con 50 y en 15 min ya estás en Venezia. Me encantó.

La estación de trenes está muy cerca y a veces se escuchan los trenes pasar. Yo no tuve problemas para dormir pero si eres sensible al ruido, quizás eso pueda ser un inconveniente.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great location, spacious, fully equipped, with conveniently separate sinks, toilets, and showers. There are clothes racks and drying racks, comfortable beds, excellent staff service, good cleanliness, good Wi-Fi, and complimentary towels. Very quiet. Exceeded my expectations; I couldn't find anything wrong with it.
