"Clean room, undertrained staff no help to travellers."

The room size was good. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had hot water.

Couldn’t contact the staff over the phone at anytime. There were three phone numbers provided for the guests. Nine of them work at anytime. Our room was upstairs, if we want to contact them we had to come down to the reception area and even at the reception there is no one at sight. Daytime we weren’t at home. Just come to the Villa to have a good night sleep, but there was noise through out the night we couldn’t make out what. It was like thunderbolt repeatedly through out the night. When asked the staff they just told that noise was coming from a loose tin roof due to the wind. Couldn’t have any sleepovernight.

The location was lovely, one night stay on way up to jaffna. The staff were helpful , if you are looking for somewhere to stay that offers some luxury and style then this the place .beautiful hotel.

Nice calm and quite place to stay. the room is very neat and comfortable with all the necessaties. Friendly staff.season villa is a good place to stay and enjoy the holidays.
