We stayed at Casa Palmira while hiking the Via degli Dei. The house is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated with big, clean, comfortable rooms and a great bed. Breakfast was excellent and a very welcome change from the usual Italian breakfasts, especially with a long day of hiking ahead. Maria is an incredible host who made us feel very welcome. We had contacted her when we booked to ask about dinner options, and she was happy to make arrangements for us and even drove us to the restaurant. The next day she had great tips for Florence, and even made a dinner reservation for our last night there so we didn’t have to worry about calling during our hike. To summarise: this place is a peaceful and wonderful retreat at a great location. Highly recommended! We would love to visit again.

A beautiful place in that feels like a cozy boutique hotel. Very comfortable room. Friendly and helpful owners who make you feel at home right away. Excellent breakfast with fresh products. We were walking the via degli dei, it’s easy reachable from there and a perfect place to rest!

The breakfast was excellent, many variety. the room with private bathroom is very nice, clean and comfortable bed. shower gel & shampoo were available. it's a nice place to relax after walking the vie degli dei.
