Jessica is a lovely and very helpful host. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The apartment is small, yet included everything needed for a comfortable short stay. Free parking in the city center is a big plus :) The apartment is in ZTL area, but the host was very helpful on getting access.

The host was really helpful meeting me and directing me to the parking spot. I’m thankful that I could park my car for a few days and not worry about it. Also appreciated the full kitchen. And location…I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to visit.

The pictures aren’t edited, everything really is all gray from floor to ceiling. This combined with very little natural light made it feel a little depressing. The family next door also sounded like they were inside with you. Also, for those considering driving in Palermo…it’s insane!

Location for a visit to Palermo couldn’t be better at Modern House. Everything was within a few minute walk, and the house was located in a cute little nook which seemed very communal and people around were lovely. Jess was a fantastic host and fixed a broken shower head within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone staying in Palermo.
