"The stay was good but your communication stinks"

How on earth can you tell us on the morning we are supposed to arrive that we are to bring our own toilet paper and drinking water. We had people travelling seperately that day and now have to communicate with them to tell them the news. Will not use you again

Very friendly host and the place was very clean, Nice environment and gardens. quiet and peacefull . Place was spacious .

The double bed was not a queen/king as advertised and confirmed with our booking confirmation. It was a low light as my wife and i did not sleep comfortably and spent the night trying not to fall out the bed. this is something that definitly needs to be addressed. A queen size bed would have made a positive difference!
