"Deceived by Description"

The outside seating and braai area. Relaxed atmosphere

The pool was very tiny. More of a water feature. Movement from tenants above the other apartments could be heard. Our entire apartment smelled moldy and damp. We couldn't use the wardrobes/cupboards as it was too stinky! The carpets were also very smelly. There are no plug points in the bedrooms. We were 5 people , and they gave us 2 toilet rolls and 1 blag bag for all 3 days! Won't be going back there again!

I must say that the Host Marlie was excellent and assisted whenever we needed something. She has really the wow factor and always seen to our needs.

The internet that was intermedite and unstable .And no backup during loadshedding

The place is in a nice/quite area,shops & restaurants are nearby.Rooms are clean & all

Yoh the host,her name is Marlet,i don't know where she was taken,she has no customer service,we were like her kids.She was shouting ,walking in & out of our rooms to say the least.We had no privacy i was so disappointed.

very nice apartment both outside and inside. The neighbourhood is really cool and quiet The cutlery is perfect as well as the bedrooms Very neat and cosy looking for the couples as well as group visits.

The water issue need to be fixed. We didn’t have water in the evening until around 6am
