Home stay is very comfortable and the owner of the property is very polite and humble it’s a value for money property

I request booking.com to remove this hotel or discontinue the services of this hotel or I would say trash from this platform till date one of the worst experiences of my life. There is nothing to like about this hotel it's like a nightmare for any person who stays there . First of all the person demanded us the token money stating that if not provided the booking could be cancelled irrespective of the fact as per the booking.com policy the payment was to be made on the hotel . Due to late night issues we paid half of the payment. After reaching the property he was so rude stating that I have to sleep why were you so late and all that stuff . Talking about the stay is as if other kinds of work are done It's not at all for decent people as per the photos the room was fine but the rooms were full of the pathetic smell of the bathroom , the washroom was so dirty and unhygienic not even clean there were all spider webs in the room with bed bug in blankets. As per the telephonic conversation it was conveyed that an extra bed will be available instead of that blankets were floored which were so dirty and smelly with bed bugs in it. By the time we were to complain he was already asleep and said" 10 baje se pehle mai uthta nhi hon". Seeing the situation we vacated the room and searched around srinagar for another hotel late at night because his hotel's rooms were so unbearable to even breathe. All this inconvenience caused because of the booking.com platform for letting such C grade hotel rooms sell. Irrespective of the fact my Rs 3400/- were wasted but there is satisfaction we left that room.

Location was perfect and I like the the atmosphere

I had a very good experience staying here. They kindly kept our luggage safe before check-in, as we arrived early and went out for a trip. Even after checkout, they stored our luggage securely for two more days while we traveled to Ladakh, without any hesitation or excuses. Initially, I booked the room for three days, but after such a positive experience, I extended my stay for two more days. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent—close to the main area of Srinagar. The room rates are very affordable for such a prime location, and the place truly gives a homely feeling. Whenever I visit Kashmir again, this will definitely be my first choice.
