A near-perfect apartment, clean and with all amenities reasonably needed; everything functions properly. Spacious enough for 2 people. Good location – only takes a few minutes to reach both the coastline and the centre, peaceful surroundings. The balcony is pleasant for rest and work. The host is very friendly and approachable.

Appartamento davvero ottimo, spazioso, luminoso, molto comodo e accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari (aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, tv etcc). Ambienti ampi, luminosi e puliti. Terrazzino molto bello da cui si gode di un bel panorama. Tutti gli ambienti sono ristrutturati di recente, davvero molto comodi e confortevoli. L'appartamento gode di un buon isolamento acustico che permette di godersi il soggiorno in totale relax. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e dalla pista ciclabile. E' possibile usufruire delle bici a pedalata assistita, servizio davvero ottimo. Proprietario gentilissimo, super disponibile e preparato. Sicuramente torneremo!!!! Appartamento ristrutturato recentemente, molto bello e luminoso al 4° Piano, servito da ascensore (nuovo), completamente accessibile. Dotato di tutto, non manca niente. Dalla Terrazza é visibile il mare. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. In zona tranquilla. Non potevo chiedere di meglio.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind für etwas mehr als eine Woche bei Giuseppe in der Wohnung und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist super schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum, am Strand oder beim Einkaufen. Wir haben außerdem den Aufzug genossen, der uns bis zur Wohnung brachte. Diese ist hell und geräumig. Selbst der Kinderwagen hatte Platz im Flur. Der Balkon ist von beiden Zimmern begehbar und man hat von dort einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Die Wohnung bietet viel Stauraum für alles, was man dabei hat und ist super ausgestattet in der Küche. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Wäschegestell und Staubsauger. Somit perfekt für viele Strandtage. Bett und Sofa bieten ausreichend Platz und zusätzlich gibt es ein Kinderbett auf Wunsch. Alles war sehr sauber bei unsere Ankunft und Giuseppe jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt, angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter, sehr sauber. Küche mit allem was man braucht: genug Töpfe, italienische Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank und extra Gefrierschrank. Schlafsofa im Wohnraum gut geeignet, um auch zu zweit darauf zu schlafen. Für ein paar Nächte vom Komfort her völlig in Ordnung.

Balkon ohne Markise oder Sonnenschirm - hier könnte es im Sommer sehr heiß und grell werden.
