Casa Mareblù

Es una pena que un apartamento al que se le podría sacar mucho partido, esté tan mal cuidado. Escaleras estrechas donde encima tenías que subir agachado para no darte en el techo. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, los almohadones olían mal. El enchufe del microondas no cabia en ningún enchufe de la casa. No había wifi ni lavadora (como si se anuncia)… en fin, no repetiría. La relación calidad-precio para nada es objetiva

Na ubytovanie sme prisli neskoro v noci a zistili sme, ze apartman nebol upratany po predoslych hostoch. Dokonca po nich ostali peniaze urcene na mestsku dan na stole. Spinave uteraky, vlasy v kupelni. Zial, vsimli sme si to az neskoro a uz nebol cas to vyriesit. Pozitivne hodnotim, ze sa majitel snazil to vyriesit a ponukol nam alternativu, ale kedze uz bola polnoc a potrebovali sme odist o 8:00, dali sme prednost spanku pred stahovanim. Zarazajuce je, ze podla recenzii sa tato situacia nestala prvykrat. To by malo byt absolutne neakceptovatelne. Schody k hornej posteli boli extremne nebezpecne, rozkladaci gauc velmi makky, neda sa na nom spat.

I don’t have a positive opinion about the accommodation itself, but it is located in a beautiful area, close to the harbor by car, and there really is a hidden little beach.

Unfortunately, we experienced several disappointments with this accommodation. After a long journey, we arrived at 3:00 p.m. and found that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We informed the host, who replied that they would take care of it immediately. We expected the problem to be solved within 1–2 hours, especially since we were traveling with a child. However, we only received a message at 7:00 p.m. that the apartment was ready, which meant a long and uncomfortable wait for us. Later that evening, we discovered that although the booking was for three people, there were only bed linens and towels prepared for two. We reported this again, and the host promised to provide the missing items the following day. Unfortunately, this never happened. Overall, the quality of the accommodation was far below the description and our expectations: dirty and stained beds, dangerous stairs, a neglected terrace, and an old toilet seat that, according to previous reviews, had also not been replaced. We did not feel comfortable during our stay. We believe that a more attentive, caring, and compensating attitude from the host could have greatly improved our experience. We have stayed in many accommodations before, but we have never been this disappointed.

Nice localization of the apartment. Close to Palau center. Enough parking space. Apartment is not that big, but it's cozy, has nice design, all needed kitchen supplies are present and there is a yard with a dining table. There is a nice small hidden beach just 15 min away by feet.

It's not a huge issue, but I hope the toilet seat will be fixed. Also I can agree with other visitors that the stairs might be too dangerous for small kids. For adults it's fine.

La casa aveva alcune cose non a posto come la tavoletta del wc (rotta) e una luce che faceva un contatto strano. La pulizia non ottimale. Le indicazioni dello staff per lasciare i bagagli sono state un po' vaghe e poco chiare.

Geweldige locatie, je bent met de scooter/ auto vlot in het centrum. Goede airconditioning, dat is nodig voor deze warme dagen in juli. Prima keuken met voldoende kookgerei. Hulp van de eigenaar bij het inchecken. Mooi buitenterras.

De hulp/ service van de host was zwaar ondermaats. Hij was goed bereikbaar bij het inchecken, maar zodra ik op dag 1 een ‘probleem’ meldde, werd er helemaal niet meer geantwoord. De wc zitting en deksel zijn allebei los, waardoor je niet normaal gebruik kunt maken van het toilet. Ik zag in de andere reviews dat dit probleem al sinds april 2025 bestaat, maar is dus nog steeds niet opgelost. De afvoer in de badkamer was vanaf dag 1 verstopt. Ik heb de eigenaar hierover een bericht gestuurd, maar geen antwoord of oplossing. Jammer, want de accomodatie heeft potentie om heel goed te zijn.

The house is situated in a very quiet place, not far from the port, about 15 minutes by foot. If I come here in summer, I would be more satisfied. But I came in the beginning of April.

In the beginning of April it is freezing cold inside the place. Nevertheless there wasn't any warm blanket, even one! Only thin cotton bed cover. Dirty by the way. There was no heater. The conditioner didn't work for heating (I tried several modes). So I had to use a hairdrier as a heater. I can't understand, how is it possible to not give a single warm blanket to guests...
