TWThe beds are super comfortable. Check in was easy and painless. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary condiments and dishes. It was so nice to have a private hot tub. Such a nice place to stay. We would love to return again.

No access keycode sent to me prior to arrival. Spent 20 mins tracking someone down to obtain it. Caused a little bit of stress amongst my group after a long days travel.
USSnacks were a great surprise. Lots of room & clean. Loved having access to a washer & dryer. Having 2 bathrooms was really nice.
King bed was too soft. Having access to a vacuum would have been nice.

The only thing we can say is the internet going out all the time no TV's in the bedroom
NLThe property owner handled the transaction professionally. Refunded my payment when I was not met to receive the keys
Booking.com showed the property as being available for booking for the one night despite the fact that this is against the policy of the property. I booked the stay with the expectation that someone would be there to hand over the keys..... when no one arrived we were forced to make alternative arrangements. Again this is not the fault of the property owner, Booking.com should not have shown the property of being available when it wasn't.
