Downtown Apartments Bica

Very convenient location near Time Out Market and the train station. Lots of good restaurants nearby

Noise carries very well from the stairway to the neighbors above-this was a challenge when they came in late at night and made a lot of noise. The water for the shower took a while to heat up and then it became cold again. The coffee pods for the coffee maker were a challenge to find at the nearby store. A note indicating where they could be purchased would be great.

La estancia no estaba preparada para 8 personas, solo un baño, cuatro camas en el salón puestas de cualquier manera... además el alojamiento estaba muy sucio, hasta el punto de que tuvimos que llamar al casero para que viniesen a hacer una limpieza, pero básicamente pasó un poco la aspiradora y se fue sin hacer nada. Además cuando intentamos entrar estaban haciendo una reparación dentro del piso y no pudimos estar hasta pasadas tres horas del check-in acordado, que ya era bastante tarde (15:00) por no mencionar que el check-out tenía que ser antes de las 13:00.

The apartment is so perfect for a family. My kids loved the loft bed. Miguel has supplied everything you could need in the entire apartment. Everything you need to cook, sleep, temperature control... It's all there. The location is superb right on the Bica elevator. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment in an amazing location. Super clean with all the facilities that we needed.

all the safety key boxes had the same code which made us nervous about letting ourselves in to an unknown apartment. Also the bedrooms have no windows or air con so they were horribly humid und uncomfortable to sleep in. A fan was provided but the blades were broken which made it useless. This is also something that cannot be fixed but we had noisy people above us making a lot of noise very late and very early so a recommendation to bring earplugs as the floors are all wooden so all noise travels.
