Waited 20 minutes in the rain despite updating arrival status every 30 minutes from 1 PM. 2. **Inconvenient Villa Layout**: 2-bedroom villa with no attached bathroom. Accessing the bathroom requires walking through the hall, dining area, and kitchen, which is especially inconvenient at night. One bathroom has a non-functional light. 3. **Non-Functional Amenities**: Geyser is available but out of order, making bathing impossible. 4. **No Security**: No security measures on the property, leaving guests responsible for their own safety. 5. **Power Issues**: UPS is out of order, resulting in no power backup. Experienced 15-20 power outages, including a complete power cut from 12 AM to 2 AM, causing significant inconvenience. 6. **Unresponsive Management**: Contact person, Lavanya, demanded full payment for the two-night stay within 2 hours of arrival without addressing any issues. She communicates only via WhatsApp calls; consider recording for documentation. 7. **False Promises**: Lavanya promised complimentary morning tea, breakfast, campfire, trekking, and off-road safari within the estate, but later charged for these services, which were refused. 8. **Overpriced Food**: Ordered dinner (chapati, parota, and chicken curry) was excessively spicy and overpriced. 9. **Poor Maintenance**: Backyard littered with empty liquor bottles, seemingly dumped for months. 10. **Not a Proper Resort**: The property is the owner’s holiday home, not a dedicated resort, leading to inadequate responses to guest concerns. 11. **Poor Breakfast Quality**: Breakfast was miserable and inedible, adding to the disappointing experience.
