The room was comfortable and clean. The owner was very flex and responded quickly to any questions I had.

I loved everything the only "issue" was initially finding the location. I couldn't see the door as we got in late and we got a little lost but once we found the door all was well.

Cozy little option for a one night stay. Very clean.

Description stated bed with futon. There was a bed and an air mattress on the floor. It worked for the night, but that was not what we were expecting. The rules call for guests to watch their noise levels. Well that needs to go for the occupants of the house as well.
