No ultimo dia duas crianças a gritar na piscina e os pais não fizeram nada.

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos!!

The room - everything we needed and more. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Plenty of towels. Fridge and freezer in the room. Hob, washing machine and dish washer. Did not use the kitchen as was eating out but was nice to have a fridge! The bed was extremely comfy. Air conditioning in the bedroom and black out curtains. No issues with noise. The view from the balcony was lovely. The location - the location is pretty perfect tbh. There are 2 shops close by and to get up to the beach / shops / restaurant is about a 10 minute walk. There’s also a precinct close by with restaurants. Uber to and from Faro airport was about €40 each way. About a 15-20 minutes drive away from a water park which is a cheap uber/bolt ride away. The staff - incredibly friendly and helpful. Did not need much help with anything throughout. Reception has a member of staff on 24 hours a day. They made it clear to us they would help with whatever they can. Check in - straight forward. €250 deposit taken. This was not a surprise due to reading the reviews but was also notified prior to arrival. We were allowed to check in earlier than 4. Think it was approx 3. During our stay noticed another couple had arrived early, they were allowed to sit by the pool. A member of staff came to get them when their room was ready. Check out - we paid our €250 deposit on card on arrival. We were checked out within minutes. I’ve read reviews that they check your room before leaving. We checked out around 6am, it took 2 minutes. This may be different if you pay your deposit in cash, you might have to wait for your room to be checked. The pool - open 8-8. Didn’t use the indoor pool or the gym. There’s different varieties of seats outside and we were never short for choice when going outside. Could easily go out mid afternoon and still be plenty of space. There is no bar in the hotel but there didn’t seem to be any issues with us bringing our own drinks.

Lovely view. Excellent well kept pool area. Very quiet

Receptionist had no paperwork for us. Kept us waiting 30 mins then decided he would print it off himself. Did a lot of head shaking He did apologise.
