"A lovely room overlooking the river with everything you need."

"A hidden gem!"

Lovely motel in a stunning little coastal village with great views of Taranaki. I ended up staying here last minute due to issues with a rental car and I’m so glad I did! It’s clear that the owners really care about their guests and there’s lots of thoughtful little touches that you wouldn’t expect from a typical motel. Also very clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location. The view was amazing. Very spacious inside. Lots of little thoughtful things added to positive experience.

Lovely heated room with everything we needed and an awesome view of the mountain tucked behind the clouds. The shops are walking distance right across the road for food and snacks. The lady running it greeted us when we arrived and was very lovely.
