La atención, amables y te dan desayuno aunque no lo contrates. Te ofrecen cuidar tus equipajes. Son muy amables. La ubicación es muy buena esta a un paso de todo.

La ducha moja entero el baño. Podrían colocar una cortina.

Everything so good

Cintra Heritage Hotel was one of the most pleasant surprises during my trip to Penang. From the outside, the building looks quite simple and understated. I honestly didn't expect much at first. However, the moment I stepped past the reception area and walked towards my room, everything changed. It felt like entering a beautifully preserved heritage home with a touch of luxury. The antique furniture, charming décor, and peaceful atmosphere created a unique experience that instantly made me feel at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They took the time to recommend local attractions, hidden gems, and food spots that were genuinely worth visiting. Their recommendations made exploring Penang so much easier and more enjoyable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning here felt comforting and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. 5 June 2026 (Check in) 7 June 2026 (Check out) Superior Suite.

A small note for future guests: if you're staying in a ground-floor room, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the room above. Personally, I didn't find it disturbing at all. Since the hotel is a beautifully preserved heritage property, I simply saw it as part of the authentic experience—much like staying in a traditional wooden house where hearing footsteps is perfectly normal. Another thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is located near a few nightlife spots, so you may hear some music in the evening. Personally, I didn't mind it at all—in fact, some of the songs were quite enjoyable! The good thing is that the area became much quieter later at night, and by around 1:00 AM, it was peaceful enough for a comfortable night's sleep. These are not complaints, just things worth knowing beforehand. In my opinion, they are small trade-offs for the charm, comfort, and unique heritage experience that these hotel offers.

Great location. Very historic and interesting building. I had a large room which was very spacious; my friends had smaller rooms but they liked them. Nice staff.

There is a nice bar and restaurant below on the street with live music every night we were there. It can be quite loud but was okay once I wore my earplugs and took a sleeping pill.
