The hotel staff were so humble. Clean washroom, spacious rooms, assisted with all relevant facilities like kettle, toiletries, slippers etc. Hotel was easy to locate. Food quality was kept perfect. It was a pleasant stay.

"Noisy Uncomfortable Stay with a Smile"

staff was polite.

My room, even though tucked away at the end of the first floor, picked up every noise from the ground floor—be it the staff chatting loudly or the constant ringing of the telephone. The room itself was disappointing—no windows, dirty linens and towels, and a faulty door knob that made entering a bit of a challenge. The staff, while polite, could have dressed more professionally. Even the lift could use a good cleaning.
