The staff were generally helpful but when we asked for a taxi to the airport it wasn't a proper taxi but probably just a friend. The car was almost falling apart. If we had known we would have just booked a taxi on our own..

The bathroom towels, although clean, were in poor condition—frayed and with loose threads, which gave an overall impression of poor maintenance. The room had only one power outlet, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the door could only be locked with a key and did not have an interior safety latch, which affected the sense of security. Although breakfast was included, I was charged for a coffee refill, which was unexpected and not something I have experienced at other hotels.
CREl desayuno no fue lo esperado, recomendaría mejor calidad o bien que le bajen el costo ya que a comparación con restaurantes esta bastante elevado.
