Terra Resort

Es un lugar genial, muy cálido y cuidando todos los detalles. El personal es muy atento, y los desayunos son increíbles. Recomendable totalmente!

Lo único a comentar es que por la noche coincidimos con un grupo que tuvo la música alta hasta la madrugada, y como por la noche no está el personal, no se pudo hacer nada.

A calm and beautiful space, great standard and everything nice and clean. Morning yoga or reformer pilates was a perfect start to the day and the instructor was great. The staff are really friendly and helpful with anything needed. Good options at the restaurants both food and drinks. Pool and sunbeds were much appreciated on warmer days. Highly recommend and would come to come back - thank you!

Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt im Terra Resort. Das Personal ist großartig! Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend, alles war sauber und wir haben jederzeit eine Liege am Pool bekommen. Auch die Yoga-Class war sehr gut.

Im Restaurant im Hotel gibt es nur bis 20:00 Uhr Abendessen und dabei nur eine geringe Auswahl. Das Frühstück für 15 USD hätte nach unserem Empfinden reichhaltiger sein können. Es gab entgegen der Karte keine Smoothie Bowls oder Fresh Juices (Was wahrscheinlich in der High Season anders ist). Um in andere Restaurants oder die Main Street von Ahangama zu kommen, muss man immer ein Tuktuk oder Ähnliches nehmen, was wir aber nicht als großartig störend empfunden haben.

The property itself was lovely, and so were the bedrooms. We did not dine there, but the location was fair for us as we drove and it was close enough for all the restaurants in Ahangama (reckon it'll be a 30ish min walk otherwise).

The dogs of the property - I had my leather shoes/slipper outside (TLDR: they were bitten & damaged). My room was located upstairs, and I left it by the balcony area where the chairs are generally. Woke up and my shoes were missing but my cousin's were there (which I found odd). Once I inquired to a member of staff, he found it downstairs by the breakfast/resturant area. To which he responded it might've been the "wind" that threw the shoes off. I saw the damaged shoe and told it had to have been the dog (to which they insisted the dogs don't really do that). However, I did have this situation rectified (over WhatsApp) and got my stay refunded. It certainly won't cover the expense of replacing the shoe, but the gesture and the swift service helped.
