I would also have liked to say goodbye, but found the reception desk locked between 8am and 10:30am. But since I had already paid via Booking.com anyway, no one was there. It's just not the season. My room was spacious. The bathroom has a shower cubicle that only very slim people can squeeze into. The water takes a long time to heat up. The soap containers in the shower and at the washbasin can only be squeezed simultaneously with both hands so that washing gel comes out. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom mirror is 180 cm high. Obviously, the ideal guest is super slim and tall, but as muscular in the arms as a bodybuilder. 😎 The furnishings: the simplest. The nightly noise from the bar next door was as deafening as on the "Ballermann" in Mallorca, "party time", and ended at 4am. The very powerful bells of the church wake you up at around 8am. The fact that my room card no longer worked later in the evening... One phone call: and a member of staff came by to let me into my room. Very friendly people - as in general in this place: 10/10 for Ustica 10/10 Friendliness of the staff 2/10 Rest overnight 2/10 Noise during the day (if you want to take an afternoon nap: not possible) 7/10 Room because of the size and beautiful, colorful tiles 5/10 furniture 3/10 Bathroom 10/10 Café Central around the corner ☕️👌

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the view from the breakfast terrace was wonderful and breakfast very diverse. The location was awesome, close to the central square but still in a quiet backroad.

The room was rather simple for the price.

My room was a little bit dark. I would have preferred one in the main building.

Location was excellent. The staff very helpfully picked us up from the port after our ferry arrived, which was important because it's quite a steep hill up to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and on a pretty rooftop terrace. Chilled water also freely supplied.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. We were charged for a three night stay even though we stayed for just two nights. Ferries were cancelled on the day we meant to arrive, which meant we had to arrive a day later than expected. Still, the staff allowed us to check in early the next day and were friendly.

Hotel Clelia is a great hotel in the Ustica city center. The staff is welcoming and helpful regardless of the request and the facilities are aligned to the price paid. Moreover, they offer an amazing breakfast in the morning, really recommended!
