Good big clean apartments, fully equipped. Free big parking in front of the compound. A small shop is in the same building (hosts work there). 6 minutes walk to the train station to Bernina Express. Host Omar is a very kind man.

Due to a simple oversight, I mistakenly selected “1 guest” instead of 2 when making the reservation. I was traveling with my wife. Upon arrival, the host demanded an additional payment of €120, claiming that the price increases significantly for two guests. However, the listing did not specify any restriction against having an additional guest, nor did it indicate such a high extra charge. To verify, I simulated a new booking on the same dates for 2 people. The price shown was €258, compared to €184 for 1 person — a difference of €74, not €120. I calmly offered to pay the €74 difference, but Omar’s wife reacted aggressively, accused me of refusing to pay anything (which is false), and contacted Booking.com to complain. Shortly after, I received a call from a Booking.com representative who listened to my explanation and said the situation would be reviewed, and that I would be contacted again. Unfortunately, no one followed up by phone. Instead, I started receiving automated messages from Booking.com showing an increased price, without further clarification or dialogue. Eventually, the host claimed that Booking.com approved an additional charge of €94, and I was forced to pay it under pressure. I had no support or clear communication and I felt abandoned in a situation that could have easily been resolved fairly. The host did not provide any instructions for check-in or check-out, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. The address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. The real address of the apartment is Via Ponticello 3, not 7. This was the first time I have had such a negative experience using Booking.com. As a loyal Genius customer, I expect a much higher level of service, transparency, and support — especially when a host is clearly acting unprofessionally.

We stayed here to go on the Bernina Express. Perfect location. The station is across the road from the apartment with free parking opposite the apartment. Very well equipped. The washing machine was very useful at our half way point with an area to leave washing to dry. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here

Our host Omar was there to meet us and took time to walk us through the apartment. Well appointed with everything one needs when traveling including washing machine. Great location with good parking. Across from Railway Station made it easy to walk via underpass to catch Bernina Express. Small but well stocked supermarket under apartment. Open till 7pm. Clean and modern apartment with outdoor space. Loved it!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location although near the station it was very relaxing and peaceful. The grocery store below the apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in. If you stay here you don’t need to walk far as there is an underpass from the station to the other side of the track where the apartment is, don’t go out the normal station exit as you’ll be on the wrong side.

After two weeks of travelling I wanted somewhere to relax (and do laundry) and I got that and so much more. The apartment is clean, bright, comfortable, well equipped and not only is there tea, coffee, oil etc but there was beer and water in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit which I appreciated. Check in and out was simple and it’s a ten minute walk to the train station and city centre.
