ARISON Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and value for money is excellent. The rooms are huge and the staff very helpful. Pool area is also quite nice and the location is excellent very close to Lanka Lane.

The wifi isn't very good, as with a lot of hotels in PP!

The room is so big and clean that the AC hardly covers the whole room. But I enjoyed my stay very much.

Not being robbed

BOOKING.COM you have scammed and robbed me not only this you have now cost me a significant amount in other costs as a result of your awful customer service/ complaints team you have passed me from pillar to post promised refunds and never actually honored your refund just as for the same information again again and again. And today you have advised me to call a number which turns out to be ai operated and advised me back to the Website what a total mess this has been I highly advise against using this booking service unless you are a fan of financial loss and severe stress and repetitive ignorance.
