Tamensourt is a really nice little town that isn't at all touristy (I think I was the only tourist there), so you feel like you are experiencing a very authentic side of Moroccan life. The apartment is near a bus stop, and getting to Marrakech from there is very easy.
The host was very friendly and helpful to begin with, especially in helping me to obtain an e-sim for my stay. However, after I had paid my tax they stopped responding to my messages, even though they were aware that the oven needed fixing, and I had requested a chopping board, both of which requests had been verbally agreed on, but never happened. There is a shortage of plugs throughout the apartment, so I couldn't plug in the TV and my laptop in the living room if I wanted to watch Netflix on the big TV screen without running out of battery very quickly.
