Adorable cottage, decorations/furniture so cute! Wonderful location, very near Seaside. Short walk to the beach. Older home but cute and clean and updated! Everyone enjoyed the large swing on the front porch. Bedrooms were large and had plenty of space for our family. Bunkbeds super cute and kids loved them. The property company was very quick to respond to questions and let us add an extra day easily. I thought beds were very comfy, my husband said too soft. Cute little front yard with palm trees. Overall would absolutely stay again!

Load of towels were left in washer and dryer. I didn't do our laundry until the end of the week so wet towels were in the washer a long time👃.Rewashed and dried and it aired out quickly, wasn't a big deal. Dryer door handle fell off too. Smoke detector in hallway hanging by wires, landscaping light at door broken apart. Didn't realize beach items were located in laundry closet. None of these items were a huge deal but giving thorough review. Pool was kinda small but I noticed many pools in the neighborhoods are on the smaller side. New house going up beside the cottage and there was some construction noise but always done by 5ish for the day. Plumbing is sensitive and water pressure in shower not very strong. There are many steps that lead to the sand on the beach that may be difficult for some(it was for me).
