Motel is in a convenient location

Being scammed by the property manager for extra money at check in. We made a reservation for a deluxe room. and when we arrived he tried to give us a standard room instead. When we refused and picked the deluxe room he charged our credit card an additional $50 stating it was for the upgrade (UPGRADE FOR WHAT???). As much as we were disappointed with the property manager who tried to scam us and refused to give us our money back, we were particularly disappointed with booking.com for making it difficult on us to get our money back. It took us about 6 weeks and dozens of calls to booking.com dealing with different customer service who repeatedly hang up on us which is bizarre that booking.com allows that. This whole experience made us lose faith in booking.com

Great Clean Room. Friendly Staff. Close to event.

All was good.

It was safe and quiet.

Shower room a bit cold. Needs a light above sink and a heat lamp.

Amazingly clean. We stayed in an older room but everything worked great. Newer faucets. Shower was hot and lots of pressure. Just really a nice surprise.

I think the bed was a memory foam. Took a little getting used to. Had to stay in the middle.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, atmosphere and outdoor seating was very inviting!!

It took a long time for the air to cool the room down. If someone could have gone in and turned it down before we got there it would have been more comfortable.

We stayed in the new addition. Roomy and nice.
