"Comfortable, clean, and perfect stay in dalhousie."

It was a comfortable stay. Very well maintained and professional staff. The location is perfect as it's just 5 min walk to ghandi chowk. Most of the room gets a perfect view of the valley. Breakfast was amazing. It had verious options. Overall, it was worth it.

The kids' play area is small and needs some upgradation

Infrastructure is good, but the service and management is pathetic

Had to wait for rooms to be ready even after checkin hours, rooms were never cleaned on time and had to call numerous times for house keeping.
