Perfect central location in an historic, yet extremely comfortable building. Our room opened to a balcony overlooking the square. Excellent restaurants very close by and easy access to the old castle and waterfront.

Breakfast was delicious. Great location and accommodation

The hotel was well situated. It was unusual that the staff were only available online. Also, that the meals had to taken at the restaurant next door. Once you got used to it, it was charming and convenient. Tonicka was very responsive and supportive of our needs and requests.

That there was no person to person contact with the hotel. But, really not an issue.

Gorgeous, historic building in the perfect location! Spacious, beautiful and comfortable room, spacious bathroom with great water pressure, nice little lobby area. Very responsive and helpful staff, even though they aren’t on site. Breakfast was very good - restaurant on ground floor right next to the hotel. We loved it and highly recommend!

Lovely property, staff and amazing freshly made breakfast.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable , clean, and well designed. Would stay again. In pedestrian area, but walk with luggage was only 4 or 5 minutes from taxi drop point. Elevator in building. Little bit of street noise as you are located on a big square. Small balcony with a very nice view.

Wonderful stay at this hotel and being centrally located was a bonus. It’s at the end of a plaza so many tourists takes photos because it looks so nice. Lovely restaurant down the bottom for breakfasts and we had a young lady serve us and she was brilliant. We had a guy serve us on third day and he was nowhere near as good. Food was excellent.
