"Very neat and clean hostel, with great pub below."

Very neat and clean, safe and friendly staff. Easy to check in and while there's a pub below, it wasn't too noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights I was there.

There was no breakfast, but there are various cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket 200m away where you can get breakfast.

"Very good value and great atmospheres in the bar"

The staff were very friendly when we arrived for check in. Didn't get the breakfast as the pub was closed in the morning

More information on the breakfast. Also when I tried to book directly with Peggy Moores website it said it was booked up so \I gave up but when i looked for an alternative location on a travel search site I was able to book a room.

"The shared room was exactly what we needed and good value for money."

I was there with a group of friends to go to a Play in the local theatre. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The bunk beds were more comfortable than we expected. and the room and bathroom were very clean. We had dinner in the bar in the evening and it was very good. We were happy to not have to go looking for somewhere to eat.

We rang down to the bar after closing time to ask if we good get some snacks, crisps / nuts. We were told no. I could understand if we were looking for alcohol but we weren't.
