Great place, clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful flat and were all to ourselves. This is a wonderful B&B, where you can easily spend a few days. It's a whole room upstairs, very ideally divided, with a large bed and sofa, air conditioning (two), a small fridge and two TVs. Incredibly, it even has USB ports, wow how modern. The bathroom is very large with a make-up table, two washbasins and a very spacious shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room and the entire property, including the pool, were very clean and well maintained. You can always feel the attention to detail here. The garden with many olive trees, the whole property, absolutely invites you to linger. The whole surrounding area is pure Tuscany 😊- The best way to get here is through the village of Montale, as the GPS has its difficulties here. There are several small restaurants in the surrounding villages, all of which have their own little specialities - Viva Italia 😊 This B&B and the hosts are always a pleasure to return to - a 10 is not really enough of a rating !

What an absolute gem of a place to stay! The host was so kind. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was perfect. If I'm being honest, we paid 108 Euros for the stay - it was under priced. I think 130 would have been fine. We did dinner a 12 minute drive away at the Taverna delle Rocca - it was great.

Nothing to say bad at all. I'm a very large man so the shower stall was a little small for me but I managed! We really enjoyed our stay. Met some other lovely guests too. There are only three rooms.

Room was great. Had all the necessary facilities and more. The B&B was in beautiful olive oil farm. It was fairly close to the train, about 20 minutes walk. We used a car cause we went all over the area. The owners were so sweet and generous! He even played music on his vintage jukebox! We had so much fun 😊
