Excellent location. Near all public transportation and a shopping center with supermarket. Above some quite good restaurants and pastries.

Shower head needs to be changed. the bigger fridge it's not working well (we used the smaller perfectly) Neighbours are complicated past 22h00. I arrived home 23h30 and was only putting down backpack when the neighbour from under, came rudely to say we have been making to much noise. Lies because it was our first day and we were arriving very quietly.

Great location, quiet yet central, with plenty of public transport connections & shops etc. Comfortable, clean, fully equipped modern & pleasant accommodation Various things got improved since a previous stay. Easy and safe accessing/ checking in & out Prompt information providing Fast WiFi

Regular maintenance of the flat needs improvement: Shower pipe was severely damaged, making it impossible to use. Needs urgent fixing/ changing, as it was already somewhat broken and reported once,, months ago.. There's only a general bin provided, without any option for rubbish recycling.

Location is great! There is plenty of restaurant choices around. And a supermarket. Everything was so clean and pretty in the apartment. Lovely stay!!

It is a flat in an apartment. Location is 5 minutes walk from subway station. Inside the room you can find all you need for kitchen, cooking and eating. Same for bathroom. It is well equiped and there're soap, shampoo, towels etc. MAny cafe's supermarkets are around. Strongly recomended.

Problem N1: Instructions about the token for main door was wrong because the token was not there. Check the other comments that this is a regular issue. We needed to wait 1 hour before receive a call and they said: there are a spare kit in the box of the apartment. So if you want to have “hide and seek” game after the long travel, book here. Owned does not consider customer appeals for this “way to deliver the token”. Problem N2: Shower was totally broken and leaking. So you need to wash with one hand because the other one should hold the shower. And because of the leak water flow is poor. We warned the owner, but “it was too late today, tomorrow is a holiday”. So 2 days stay with one hand shower experience. Owner is a facility management company and they outsource the cleaning services. And obviously after cleaning no one makes inspection. This is also a common complain for the comments.

- Great flat: spacious, well designed, modern, comfortable, with aircon, good curtains and additional blinds, nice mattress, fresh bedding & towels, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.with bathtub - even an iron and ironing board, plus washing machine, laundry detergent and drying tack included. - Great central location with excellent public transport connections - while also quiet in the flat - Helpful and respectful host with efficient problem solving and cooperation skills. Disappeared token got sorted, plus disappeared hairdryer got replaced with a brand new one! Had a wonderful relaxing time, many thanks.

A couple of bits as recommended developmental areas: - a bit of hassle with accessing the accommodation at first (disappeared token) - storing it in a safer place, or using an entry code instead is recommended - the flat was clean in general, but some areas were dusty (e.g. kitchen equipment on the counter, some surfaces/ shelves in cupboard. The bathtub & toilet had a bit of dust and hair in it. The mirror by the entrance door has some smears on it). Some of the lights didn't work in the bathroom including the light above the mirror. The standing lamp in the living room was semi-broken. Recommended to do some maintenance from time to time, plus check and quickly wipe and rinse things throughout before the arrival of guests . - As for disappeared items such as token & hairdryer - also recommended to check the day before whether everything is in place.
