ITLa pulizia è un punto forte della struttura cosi come i proprietari all'accoglienza ed alla partenza, molto disponibili. Appartemento più che adeguato come base di partenza per una vacanza nel Val di Noto (vicina sia al centro storico di Avola che alla spiaggia e raggiungibile in mezz'ora di auto sia Siracusa che Lido di Noto/Marzamemi)
Probabilmente si potrebbe aggiungere un secondo condizionatore per far fronte alle afose giornate estive.

MTAll was good for a one night stay. Street parking available; 1st floor apartment with no lift which wasn't an issue for us as we travel light. Wifi ok too.
Unfortunately the gyser is unstalled in the bedroom itself and there is no insullation around it so whenever one uses the bathroom during the night, the noise it nakes might wake up whoever is asleep. Apart from that all was fine.
