Groove House

The apartment offers a wonderful blend of comfort and charm. Its prime advantage lies in its proximity to the city center and key tourist attractions. The host contributed significantly to enhancing my stay by being exceptionally responsive, amiable, and considerate. Furthermore, he provided complimentary water, juices, coffee, and breakfast items, which added to the overall experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Groove House. The house is well-suited for either a short- or a long-term stay because it has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. You will truly feel at home in this house. The location is convenient because it is close to all the sights and the beach but the street itself is relatively quiet. The host is very friendly, flexible and punctual. I have already booked my next stay!

The house was not as clean as you would expect, for example, at a hotel.

I gave this a 9 on basis of price/quality - The apartment is huge with 2 bathrooms - I felt very secure - I gave this top marks for location as it is close to everything - of course one should know that if one chooses to stay in areas like these in Catania they won't be clean etc.... but that has nothing to do with the property

I was met at the property and shown how everything worked. I was able to use Booking.com to keep in contact with the hosts, so they knew when I was arriving. The apartment was so spacious and well equipped, it had everything you'd need! There was even some food and water to keep you going until you went to the shops. It was very close to the main parts of Catania, only a 10 minute walk. It was also very quiet, I wasn't disturbed by noise at all.

It was a little cold at times, but I managed to keep warm with the little heater and blankets, and it was February, too! Would be lovely and cool for a Summer visit! ;)

Everything, super clean, quiet area, near everything, the duplex flat literally has everything I needed for my stay, from the salt & pepper for cooking, to the hot jacuzzi to relax after long day of walking, the host looks so generous as the kitchen was stuffed with lots of coffee capsules, crackers, jams, chocolate, biscuits, juices, water etc...🎉 As well as the host is so friendly and super responsive. The flat is completely bigger than the pictures in booking, its huge duplex flat 😍 I will definitely go back and 100% recommend it to everyone.

the property was an absolute fund at the last minute due to a change in plans due to flight changes. the apartment is right in the centre of Catania 5-10 minutes walk from the Duomo. it’s in a little back street which seems a little run down but we felt perfectly safe. once inside the apartment it is clean, spacious and well equipped with a massive kitchen and bathroom. it even had a jacuzzi bath! the bed was very comfortable. the host was very kind and accommodating. we can’t recommend this house enough and was good value for money. Book it! you won’t be disappointed.
