Had almost everything you could ask for in one hotel, bar, restaurant even a club!

Didn’t have aircon in the room unfortunately.

Value for money. The staff was exemplary, with great service and personal touch. Special shout out to Subham (F&B manager) and his team of chef Bhupen including Dipesh, Yanchen and Ram who made every effort to provide special dishes to soothe our North Indian palate. Special thanks to Utpal Roy at the Reception who served us more as a concierge.

The location is okay, but the staff is very good. Out of the possible 10, 8 is what I gave. Good service. Could have been a better location, as it is on the main road. That is what we can consider from the time we stayed there. Thank you.

The location. Rest is okay

Nice location and good music.

Smelly washroom, no food arrangement late night knowing to the fact that we were stuck in landslide and just managed to come the hotel.

The view from Junior Suit was amazing. Gobi Manchurian was good.

The room boasted an impressive spaciousness. The staff's behavior was exemplary, with their gestures being particularly commendable. They went above and beyond to assist us, even when we purchased food from outside. They warmed the food for us and provided all the necessary amenities for dining.

There wasn't a decent restaurant nearby, although the hotel had one available at a slightly higher price. Additionally, it was a bit far from MG Marg, but there were readily available cabs for Rs. 40. Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and tranquil trip, it's a good choice.
