We were not able to access the property as the code provided was not working so after 45 minutes of waiting and a number of phone calls to try to gain access, we left. Remote access was granted …….. but that would have left us with no key to enter/leave the property as desired!!!!!

Loved the location and the layout

I didn’t like the lack in communication! I didn’t get to check in to over a half hour after the check in time and was interrupted at 10 before checkout when it was supposed to be 11

Gave a great beach feel inside the house. It had plenty of extra beach accessories for those who may have forgot something. As a person who is from Florida, it still felt comfortable.

Floor is old and some tile in the bathroom is broken and needs replacing. The parking is terrible. While this isn’t at fault of the property owner or management, it needs to be discussed as people were parking wherever they wanted.

Door code initially provided didn’t work. Property Mgr provided new code by phone. Property was convenient , but showing its age.

The stairs to climb. I’m disabled and it made the pain worse in my knees and legs. I asked and paid for a Ocean and beach view! Didn’t get my moneys worth Paid wayyy too much for that condo! I will not be using Booking.com in future vacations and will tell my 3,000 amount of family and friends not to use booking.com because I was deceived. I was supposed to have a house on the beach to see the ocean and just walk out onto the sand.
