Nice shared kitchen, bed comfortable and self checkin worked very well.

The location is good, a bit of a dump area, but is a 10 minutes walk to Duomo. Also no elevator. Was not a prob for us, but maybe for older people is good to know.

WhatApp communication was very smooth and the host was very responsive. Checking in and opening the front door etc. felt a bit like an escape room adventure! (glad it all worked phew) The room was clean and beautiful.

We weren't quite aware what the neighbourhood was like and the number of flight of steep stairs but location was convenient and it was value for money.

Well situated - easy walking to rail and buses, restaurants and sights. Good communication from the host, who was keen to ensure we were satisfied.

I appreciate the maximum cleanliness of the accommodation, the very tasteful furnishings, the possibility of coffee and especially the communication with Tecla, who provided me with information even after midnight.

However, the area around the accommodation was a bit rougher, 300m from the accommodation we witnessed an attempted car theft.
