Simply House

Közel volt a strand,csendes utcában.Nem voltak újak az ágyak, de kimondottan jót aludtunk benne. Az egész emelet a miénk volt, közel voltunk egymáshoz. Két hűtő is volt, így elfért minden. Kis gyereknek is volt minden, kiságy, etetőszék, wc szűkítő. Összeségében jól telt az ott töltött idő, és szívesen visszatérnénk a jövőben.

Az egyrétegű ablakot veszélyesnek találtam, volt ahol meg volt repedve így azt ki sem nyitottuk. Nem volt seprű, vagyis nyél hozzá, amivel felseperjünk magunk után.

The price was ok

It was old, unsafe, with cracks everywhere, not AC and a lot of bugs. There is no such thing as privacy as the entrance door leads to the storsge room. The cleaning lady has a key and she would come amd go as she wants. We did not have warm water in the shower and we had a 2 year old son with us. The holidays turned quick into a nightmare and we Could not Sleep by night because the place lacks air condition and when is 37 degree outside you Can imagine. They managed to fix the warm water but we had to spend time with tolks, electricians, and plummers. We wanted to leave earlier Even though we paid for 4 nights. There are : - cracks in the whalls and roof - no aircondition ( except a small fans) - the place is falling a part and we are surprised that booking accepts this type of property at all - it Looks Nice from outside but there are 3 different apartments on this location with shared yard. - very difficult to communicate in English and tolk must be involved - not professional at all. PS - when we booked the House we Where offered to choose from 2 different apartments/ houses and when we saw this place we Obviously asked to move to Other apartment. They asked us for 500€ extra for 4 days which was totally innaceptable.

Backyard was bery nice, great for kids. Area was nice and quite. Walking distance to Balaton. Owner was super usefull always just text away with whatever issue we could have. Clean sheets and towels, kitchen filled with necesary things could be cleaner.

It would be great to know straight away that backyard and house is shared with other families. We were on the first floor only. There was family in the backyard house and anotherone downstairs. We chose this property because we wanted to be alone and whole advertisement was bild to believe that we will.
