Struttura accogliente, molto pulita e confortevole. La stazione è a un minuto a piedi e il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti

Un po’ “scomodo” il bagno fuori dalla stanza ma nel complesso la struttura è molto gradevole

Apartamentul este foarte curat , deosebit de frumos mobilat si utilat , cu foarte mare grija a proprietarului pentru orice detaliu. Rosario , proprietarul ne-a intampinat cu o energie foarte buna , ne-a dat toate detaliile , ne-a prezentat apartamentul si facilitatile si a aratat disponibilitate pentru a ne indruma asupra a ceea ce putem vedea in imprejurimi. Ne-a facut o impresie deosebit de buna , chiar daca este foarte tanar. Am avut la dispozitie tot ceea ce am avut nevoie, nu a lipsit nimic. WI-Fi foarte bun. Locatia este la doar 10 minute de centrul istoric si la 2 minute de gara si autogara. Zona este mai sigura decat ne-am imaginat. Chiar vis-a-vis de intrarea in bloc sunt 2 magazine cu alimente. Nota 10 este mica pentru aceasta locatie . Pretul este foarte bun.

Totul a fost grozav

The location was good for me as I needed a place close to the bus station so that was very convenient. The check-in was very good(even though a bit confusing at first as I didn't know about the remote door opening), Rosario was very quick in answering all my questions. There is a well equipped kitchen and it is very clean.

It was a bit cold in the room unfortunately and I think it was a bit pricey,

L’appartement était top, tant au niveau des équipements (chambre privative avec climatiseur/radiateur, salle de bain privative et cuisine partagée avec notamment lave linge) que de la localisation, à proximité immédiate de la gare de train et de la station de bus pour pouvoir se rendre à l’aéroport et aux autres villes (Syracuse, Palerme etc); et également à 10 - 15 min de marche du centre ville de Catane. Les hôtes sont très réactifs, accommodants et sympathiques.
