Cosy and comfortable family home. Complete kitchen utensils for cooking your own meals.

The toilet was located on the ground floor. Person sleeping upstairs has to come down.

Well kept and clean home. It was very spacious, easily accommodating our group.

We went during the heavy snow in Otaru, and access was a little tricky, especially with a car with thick snow and ice around. It's not a negative, just something to keep in mind during winter times.

"Nice and affordable place to stay around otaru"

Quiet and facilities are in place. Garage for parking is a plus but more for small cars. Good for young families.

toilet door cannot be locked and in need for repair. Elderly staying may need to take note that all bedrooms are at 2nd floor.
